Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective: April 28, 2026
The short version
We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you live in California or another state with similar privacy laws, this page explains your rights and how to use them.
What “sell” and “share” mean
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by CPRA:
- Sell = exchanging personal information with another business for money or other valuable consideration.
- Share = disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising (i.e., ads that follow you around the internet).
We do neither.
What we do with your data
We use your information only to operate the Service: build your site, host it, deliver leads to you, process billing, and provide support. Vendors that touch your data (Vercel, Neon, Stripe, Resend, Cal.com, Google APIs, Attio) act as service providers under contracts that prohibit them from selling or sharing your data.
See the full breakdown in our Privacy Policy.
