Privacy Policy

Sikand Marketing (“we,” “us,” “our”) is operated by Prosimian Labs. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using sikandmarketing.com or any website we build and host on your behalf (“the Service”), you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, business name, phone, email, address, payment information, and anything you send us directly (email, contact-form submissions, booked-call notes).
• Information we generate while operating your site: form submissions from your visitors (the leads we deliver to you), aggregate visit analytics (page views, click-to-call counts, time-on-page), uptime and performance metrics.
• Information from third parties: publicly available business information (Google Business Profile, public website) used to generate audits and pitched-site previews.
• Cookies + similar:we set a session cookie for the operator console (engineering-only; not shown to your customers). Cal.com sets cookies when you book a call (see Cal.com's policy at cal.com/privacy).

How we use information

• To deliver, operate, and maintain the Service (build your site, host it, send you leads).
• To process payments (via Stripe).
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To improve the Service (aggregate, anonymized analytics).
• To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Vendors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), Cal.com (scheduling), Google (analytics + Place Details for site generation), Attio (CRM). Each receives only what is necessary.
• Legal: if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or sale, your information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this policy.

Data retention

We keep account information while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Lead-form submissions on your published site are retained for the life of the subscription plus 90 days, then purged.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing alex@sikandmarketing.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard practices: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted database storage (Neon Postgres, AES-256 at rest), session tokens (signed, short-lived), and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure — we do our best and disclose any material breach promptly.

Children

The Service is for businesses, not individuals under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the latest version. We'll give notice by email for material changes affecting paying customers.
